There’s an area in Northern Barrens in World of Warcraft called The Shrine of the Fallen warrior. At it, is an orc’s corpse and an angel, named Koiter. Michel Koiter was one of Blizzard’s premium artists in World of Warcraft. He and his brother, René Koiter, worked together under the name Twincruiser. They were the most influential artists on the team. Michel died in March of 2004, at the age of 19, due to an unexpected heart failure. He never got to see the retail launch of the game he worked hard to design. The fact that Blizzard has this in the game makes me love the company even more. (http://www.wowpedia.org/Michel_Koiter)
